Introducing our new direct trade Roman Rosa Honduras. JBC cuppers Michael Johnson and Adam Walsh first became acquainted with this coffee at the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) Expo in Seattle among a sea of other Honduras coffees. This coffee was definitely one of the stand outs. With notes of strawberry, green grape, and clover honey, our new Ramon Rosa is a unique and citrus-forward take on the classic Honduras profile.
