Where is my order confirmation and/or my tracking information?

If you placed an order online at JBC Coffee Roasters, you are sent an email confirmation when your order is placed and an email with tracking information once your order is processed/getting ready for shipment. If you did not receive these emails, check your junk mail or in the case of Gmail addresses, check your promotions tab. Our emails often find themselves there.
