Adam hails from a sleepy valley nestled in the Wisconsin countryside. He grew up working a multitude of jobs ranging from milking cows and sweating in tobacco fields to throwing production in a pottery studio. One constant has always been his passion for coffee; starting at the age of 13 and blossoming into a “healthy” obsession now in his twenties. Currently, Adam heads up JBC Coffee Roasters roasting, brewing research, blending & packaging as well as deliveries. He is a certified Q-Grader, cerified barista and placed  3rd in the 2016 U.S. Cup Taster's Championship, 5th in the 2015 U.S. Roasters Championship, and 10th in the 2015 U.S. Brewers Cup.
